The Role: As an In-Store Lead Generator / Home Improvement Associate Trainer, you'll be efficiently trained to be the face of Re-Bath, captivating potential customers and empowering associates with your product knowledge and sales expertise. Thrive in a diverse environment, working within home improvement stores and at special events throughout the region.
What You'll Do- Generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our in-home Design Consultants
- Set up eye-catching displays and engage visitors with your magnetic personality
- Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for home improvement associates
- Collaborate with store teams to enhance their lead generation and customer engagement skills
- 2 years of lead generation, field marketing or brand ambassador, in-store demo, and/or events experience preferred, but not required
- An associate s degree and/or continued education
- Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday schedules
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius
- Base pay range $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience
- Additional monthly and quarterly bonuses based on leads generated and appointments set

- Full time, 40 hours/week, including weekends and some holidays
