What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery to solution design, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and execute multi-threaded account strategies to expand the employer's footprint within global enterprises
  • Engage with senior executives to align solutions with strategic initiatives in digital transformation
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants to deliver impactful demos and ensure post-sale adoption
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting within CRM to manage opportunities effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close
  • Proven experience selling to Financial Services organizations such as banks or insurance
  • Strong understanding of process management, automation, and process intelligence technologies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced business or technical degree preferred
  • Familiarity with value-based and consultative selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger
