Position: Building Assembler Technician I

JOB SUMMARY

Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented professional for the Sales Administration Specialist role. This position supports the Portland Inside Sales Team within our smaller, fun office environment. We need someone who takes responsibility for getting details right the first time to minimize turnaround time and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be professional yet lighthearted, capable of handling an unpredictable workday with a can-do attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enter quotes, sales orders, and other customer information into CRM and ERP systems.
  • Assist in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of CRM and ERP system data.
  • Review orders placed via the web store and release them to the warehouse.
  • Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Aid in various areas of the business as needed, including assisting the executive team.
  • Liaison between corporate AR and Inside Sales.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
  • Experience with order entry, ERP, or CRM systems is preferred, especially with Profit 21.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and be an integral part of the team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
