- Experience selling to organizations with $1B annual revenue or more across various enterprise industries
- Strong understanding of process management, automation, and process intelligence technologies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives (COO, CIO, CFO, CCO, etc.)
- Skilled in value-based and consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC and ROI-based selling
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
- Advanced business or technical degree preferred
