Responsibilities
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through solution design and negotiation to closing
  • Develop and maintain multi-threaded account strategies to expand the company's footprint in global enterprises
  • Engage with senior executives to align solutions with strategic initiatives in digital transformation and automation
  • Utilize consultative and value-based selling methods to diagnose client challenges and build compelling business cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful demonstrations and post-sale adoption plans
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of successful SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close
  • Experience selling to organizations with $1B annual revenue or more across various enterprise industries
  • Strong understanding of process management, automation, and process intelligence technologies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives (COO, CIO, CFO, CCO, etc.)
  • Skilled in value-based and consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC and ROI-based selling
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
  • Advanced business or technical degree preferred
