• Work with crew to ensure that all construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE is in place and followed at all times by you and your team.
• You and your team will be responsible for installing state of the art products to customers by exceeding the customer’s expectations.
• Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld.
• Installing and upgrading antennas.
• Electronic testing of equipment to inspect the tower’s operation.
• Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment.
• Installation and servicing of wireless equipment in the field.
• Instruct and follow all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures.
• Safely working in ALL environments.
• Show up on time every day, ready to rock and roll.
• Basic use of hand tools and equipment.
• Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry.
• Work closely with your team and ensure they understand and follow instructions.

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Must have experience with VZW.
• Minimum of 1 year prior Foreman experience in the wireless, cell tower industry.
• Ability to travel - required.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
• Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of North Sky’s goals.

• Routinely: climb, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, lift, stand.
• Occasionally: sit.
• Candidate must be able to climb towers at average heights of 50 to 300 feet.
• Able to lift up to 75lbs.
