Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm

Location: Wilsonville, OR.

Pay: $25-$30+/hr. DOE

Travel: Projects across Oregon, typically within a 4-hour radius.

Join a rapidly expanding team installing high-end window packages on multi-million-dollar homes ranging from $3M to $20M. You’ll travel with another installer in a company van to job sites throughout Oregon, working on premier residential construction projects. The team currently consists of seven skilled installers, and we are looking to add another dependable, hard-working professional to support our growing workload.

• Install premium window systems on luxury residential homes
• Travel to job sites throughout Oregon (primarily within 4 hours)
• Work alongside another installer in a company-provided install van
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and professionalism on high-value properties
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards

• 2+ years of carpentry or window installations experience
• Must have experience in construction, carpentry, or installation—preferably residential or finish work.
• Knowledge and ability to accurately read/use a tape measure
• Good tenure
• Ability/willingness to travel
• Must have a clean and professional demeanor when working on multi-million-dollar homes.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a steady full-time schedule.
