Associate, Warehouse Operations (WH Receiver)

Join KeHE Distributors in a role focused on accurate, efficient receiving, preparation, and shipping of shipments to meet customer needs. This full‑time position requires safe equipment operation, inventory management, and teamwork across a dynamic warehouse environment.

• Pay Range: $22.85 per hour

• Operate warehouse equipment securely and efficiently.
• Receive, stow, pick, pack, and ship products with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and other systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and special projects as assigned.

• Adhere to attendance and safety policies.
• Mimic product descriptions and matching labels accurately.
• Build pallets to customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards while minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Weekly availability for weekend, holiday, day, and overnight shifts.

• At least one year of experience in food distribution or similar warehouse environment.
• At least one year operating powered warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, stock picker).
• Strong communication skills with internal customers and management.
• Proficiency using a warehouse management system (WMS) preferred.

MUST be able to lift, move, and carry 30–40 pounds repetitively up to 1,000 times per day. Must be able to lift 75 pounds less frequently and frequently stand, walk, climb, and sit in a warehouse environment where temperatures range from very cool to very warm.
