Clinical Educator-Interim-AZ

HCT seeks a talented nursing professional to serve as a Clinical Educator for a 75+ bed hospital in Arizona. The key areas of focus for this Educator are:

• Curriculum development,
• Providing new hire orientation and precepting new nursing graduates,
• Conducting mock code blues, and
• Sustaining annual clinical competencies.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in nursing;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical education and staff professional development within the past two years. In addition to experience in acute care nursing practice such as ICU, PCU, ER, or PACU/post‑op recovery.
• License: A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the US required. State of Arizona RN License preferred.

  BLS, ACLS required; ANCC NPD certification preferred.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Microsoft Office suite; must be computer savvy.

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.

Pay Range: $156,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location.
