- ** Location**:
Experience the breathtaking Colorado Plateau in Northwestern Arizona, an area rich in cultural diversity, serving the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute tribes.
- ** Hospital Overview**:
- JCAHO accredited health center - Serves a 4,400 square mile area - 73-bed capacity with comprehensive services - Wide range of offerings including emergency services, ob/gyn, orthopedics, and outpatient surgeries
- ** Your Role**:
- Perform a variety of nursing care procedures, requiring professional knowledge and skill.
- Work independently and collaboratively to provide critical support to individuals of all ages.
- Implement physician’s orders and adhere to nursing policies and procedures.
- ** Qualifications**:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Nursing - Valid, unrestricted Professional Nursing License from any U.S. state - Maintain current certification in:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Complete Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within 6 months of hire - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) training within 6 months of hire - Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
