Facility OverviewTuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is a Joint Commission-accredited healthcare organization serving communities across the western Navajo and Hopi reservations. The hospital provides inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency care, surgical services, orthopedics, and women's health. The facility has historically reported a 73-bed capacity.
Position SummaryThe Clinical Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients of varying ages and clinical needs. The nurse must be able to work independently, follow provider orders and established standards of care, and comply with nursing procedures and hospital policies.
Experience RequirementsMinimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute-care or subacute-care facility
Current, full, unrestricted RN license from a U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
Current BLS from the American Heart Association
Current ACLS from the American Heart Association
TCAR (Trauma Care After Resuscitation) to be completed within six months of hire
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) to be completed within six months of hire
COVID and flu exemption requests may be considered after the required declination form is submitted; approval is subject to facility policy
Housing and Submission NotesHousing application must be submitted at least two weeks before the start date
Housing application form is uploaded through Medefis
Shared housing is limited and subject to availability
