Poole Huffman, LLC is a respected legal institution known for its unwavering resolve in high‑stakes legal battles. Specializing in complex cases involving fraud, real estate, business, and intellectual property, we pride ourselves on meticulous strategy and fearless advocacy.
Our firm, headquartered in Tucker, Georgia, has cultivated a reputation for relentless pursuit of justice. We believe in consistent communication, custom strategies, and tenacious defense of our clients' interests. With a history of success in trial and appellate law, we stand as a beacon for clients facing uphill legal challenges.
We do a lot — but we need stronger follow‑through, clearer accountability, and one additional client touchpoint. This role exists to ensure clients and visitors are greeted warmly, communications are handled professionally, and important follow‑ups don’t fall through the cracks — including re‑engagement touchpoints with past clients, as directed.
The Client Ambassador role at Poole Huffman, LLC strengthens the client experience and reinforces the firm’s readiness for high‑stakes legal matters. As the first point of contact, this person sets the tone from the moment someone calls, emails, or walks in delivering a welcoming, polished experience while ensuring messages, next steps, and responsibilities are clearly tracked and owned. The result is simple: fewer missed follow‑ups, more consistent client communication, stronger client relationships, and a reputation that reflects the quality of the legal work behind it.
