While this role primarily focuses on the SCRUBS portfolio, it also supports broader brand efforts across Atlantic Mills, Sertun, Spray Nine, and Dymon.

This role is responsible for driving product marketing strategy for the SCRUBS Professional Pre-moistened Wipes category by translating customer insights, market trends, and product capabilities into actionable plans that support product positioning, lifecycle management, and commercial success.

This position is based at our Tucker, GA facility, with occasional travel required to our Kansas location.

  • Gather and share market and end-user insights to inform marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist in crafting customer value propositions and collaborate with Sales to develop tools and content that support growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Engineering, Communications, and Operations—throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and support pricing execution to drive profitability.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Communications team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, product descriptions, technical data sheets, and web content.
  • Participate in customer meetings, trainings, trade shows, and industry events to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage one direct report located in Easton, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support to ensure alignment with team and business objectives.

  • Skilled in leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and drive brand growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams and multiple levels of management.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
