Join Sherman's Auto Repairs as a Service Advisor, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional service and ensure that every vehicle receives the attention it deserves, all while working in a supportive and friendly environment.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair services clearly to customers.
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow to optimize service efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies and repair processes.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
