Logistics Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Preferred – Spanish)
Tucker, GA | $18.50/hour | 6-Month Contract
Must be available Fridays & Saturdays | Guaranteed Sundays off
Shifts may rotate: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced logistics operation supporting in-home delivery driver teams. This is not a traditional call center role — you'll work directly with drivers, manage real-time dispatch communication, and assist customers with delivery-related concerns.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for driver teams during deliveries
Provide customer support and de-escalation when issues arise
Assist with end-of-day check-ins at the warehouse (PM shift only)
Track updates, document issues, and communicate delays
Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred)
Strong phone communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, assertive, and adaptable to shift rotation
Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, tracking tools)
Background in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or appliance delivery
Familiarity with Descartes, CLX, or similar platforms is a plus
