CSR – In‑Office Sales Representative at Fred Loya Insurance Agency

Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.

• Answer questions regarding customer policies.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Involve with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• Conduct FNOLs (vehicle inspections) and take vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing).
• Run bank deposit transactions.
• Full‑time position.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Computer literate from basic to intermediate skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and ability to provide a first‑rate customer experience.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
