ResponsibilitiesAs a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the initial consultation to treatment completion.
- Engage with patients to explain treatment options, answer questions, and address concerns in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with the dental team to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Schedule appointments for treatments, consultations, and follow‑up visits, taking into account the patient's availability and the clinic's schedule.
- Assist patients in understanding and navigating insurance coverage and financial obligations, providing accurate cost estimates, and exploring payment options.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, treatment plans, and correspondence.
- Work closely with the front desk and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and organized office environment.
- Continuously update knowledge of dental treatments, procedures, and insurance policies.
- Handle any patient concerns or issues that may arise during the treatment process, escalating them as necessary.
- Experience in treatment planning.
- 3–5 years of experience in a dental office, preferably as a treatment coordinator or similar patient‑facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and the dental team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills.
- Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Empathetic and patient‑centered approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Base Pay Range: $21 – $29.75 USD
