An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, Practice Benefits Include:

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package. • Doctor of Optometry (DO)
• Experience practicing optometry in an independent or subleasing setting preferred
• Good clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a Subleasing doctor
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe vision correction
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Utilize digital eye examination technology (e.g., Clarifye, Daytona Optomap)
• Manage patient appointments and recalls through an automated online system
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor to deliver integrated care
• Adhere to professional ethical standards and regulatory requirements
