Ivywood Academy is a well-known early childhood education group in Georgia, dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Toddler Teacher and Assistant Teacher.

Job Responsibilities:

Toddler Teacher:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for toddlers.

Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

Monitor and assess children's development and progress.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about child development and behavior.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational approach.

Assistant Teacher:

Support the lead teacher in executing the curriculum and daily activities.

Assist with classroom management and supervision of toddlers.

Help prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom resources.

Build positive relationships with children and parents.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

Toddler Teacher:

Associated degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, Bachelor degree preferred.

Previous experience teaching toddlers in an educational setting.

Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Assistant Teacher:

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Experience working with young children is a plus.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing attitude.
