Full‑time housekeeper with a company that offers training, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity for advancement. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays. You will clean homes according to Molly Maid standards and may earn tips. You may also receive a company car and other benefits.

• Follow Molly Maid cleaning standards and processes.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If assigned as a team lead, manage team schedule, drive the company vehicle safely, and maintain the vehicle and cleaning equipment.
• Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the vehicle is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Pay range: $450 – $650 per week, depending on experience, quality of work, and speed.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
• Open to individuals with no prior experience; full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
