Catch Air is a larger‑than‑life indoor soft‑play adventure park for children themed around a family. At Catch Air, we create a world of fun, adventure, and learning for kids of all ages. Our parks are filled with vibrant murals, exciting themes, and giant play structures designed to spark imagination and active play. From twisting slides to climbing challenges, our spaces encourage physical, mental, and social development through engaging activities.

Unlike traditional entertainment centers, we focus on active play—no arcade games or ticket booths here. Kids run, jump, climb, and slide while learning valuable skills like sharing, teamwork, and making new friends. At Catch Air, we’re committed to creating a healthy, fun environment where children can be their active, adventurous selves!

As a Party Coordinator at Catch Air, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable celebrations for children and their families. Your role will include hosting vibrant birthday parties, ensuring a safe and fun environment, and delivering exceptional guest service. • Host Memorable Parties:
  Lead exciting birthday celebrations and ensure every guest has an amazing time.
• Deliver Outstanding Service:
  Greet guests with a smile, assist with purchases, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep the facility spotless to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
• Promote Products and Services:
  Upsell merchandise and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
• Support Operations:
  Assist with other duties as needed to maintain smooth operations during shifts.

• Outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Previous customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Compensation: $10.50/hr + TIPS
