• Outbound Calls to agents and customers
• Contact with third party (police departments and tow yards)
• Case updates in Wombat
• Utilize internet and database search tools to track down valuable collateral.
• Investigate and gather information on assets that individuals have evaded or hidden
• Manage pre-approved basic fees (flat bed, dollies, self-help)
• Negotiate fees with agents
• Verify collateral location and condition
• Works out of RDN, RCM and IBEAM
• Assign and reassign agents within queue

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Skilled in the Microsoft suite of products
• Possess a sense of urgency
• Problem solver who is committed to solutions
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in collections preferred but not required.
