Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Outbound Calls to agents and customers
- Contact with third party (police departments and tow yards)
- Case updates in Wombat
- Utilize internet and database search tools to track down valuable collateral.
- Investigate and gather information on assets that individuals have evaded or hidden
- Manage pre-approved basic fees (flat bed, dollies, self-help)
- Negotiate fees with agents
- Verify collateral location and condition
- Works out of RDN, RCM and IBEAM
- Assign and reassign agents within queue
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Skilled in the Microsoft suite of products
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Problem solver who is committed to solutions
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in collections preferred but not required.
