Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:- 2 years of experience with 18 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
- Travel experience is preferred.
- Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Experience:
- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Required Credentials:
- If you have RCIS, state license is not required.
Unit Details:
- Approximately 25-30 cases/day.
- Top procedures include Y-90 chemoembolizations, cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention, sub-arachnoid hemorrhage, TIPSS, G-tubes, UFE, all vascular access, PTC, renal biopsies, and liver biopsies.
- Uses GE Innova, Philips Allura, OEC 9900 C-Arm, and ultrasound.
Shift & Scheduling:
- On‑call required.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
