Senior Technical Lead - ERP

The Senior ERP Technical Lead serves as the primary technical lead supporting GSOC's enterprise ERP platform, including Financials, HCM, and related systems. This role translates product and business objectives into scalable, efficient, and secure ERP technology solutions. The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience with Infor Cloud Suite FSM/HCM to design integrations, implement automations, and lead technical development efforts supporting finance and HR operations across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Architecture & Development
  • Lead the technical design, configuration, and development of GSOC's Infor Cloud Suite ERP platform with a focus on Finance/HCM.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Infor Process Automations (IPA), ION integrations, security structures, and custom extensions.
  • Implement and support data migrations, system interfaces, and middleware integrations across financial and HR applications.
  • Ensure adherence to GSOC's cybersecurity and compliance standards (SOX, NERC, FERC).
• System Integration & Data Management
  • Architect and maintain integration solutions connecting ERP to external applications (e.g., payroll, expense management, data warehouse).
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to optimize data structures for reporting and decision support.
  • Maintain data integrity and synchronization across multiple systems and environments.
• Technical Leadership & Support
  • Serve as the technical SME for ERP system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to translate user requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, analysts, and support staff.
  • Evaluate new ERP technologies and advise on adoption strategies aligned with GSOC's roadmap.
• Collaboration & Delivery
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and prioritization.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of technical components for ERP releases.
  • Support testing, change management, and deployment activities.

Required Experience &

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8 years of experience with Infor Cloud Suite FSM/HCM or Lawson ERP, including system design, integration, and support.
• Demonstrated success implementing ERP systems in regulated or utility environments.
• Strong experience developing with Infor ION, IPA, and Landmark toolsets.
• Deep understanding of Infor Cloud Suite architecture, database design, and security.
• Expertise in Infor Process Automation, ION workflows, APIs, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL scripting, Birst / Power BI reporting, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset; detail-oriented yet strategic.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
