Commercial Lines Account Manager

Biltmore Insurance Services is seeking an experienced and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Tucker, Georgia office. • Manage an assigned commercial lines book of business, including renewals, endorsements, audits, applications, and new business submissions.
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system.
• Review policies for accuracy and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Analyze insurer quotations, obtain loss runs, negotiate terms, and assist in presenting coverage options.
• Coordinate renewals, binders, invoicing, and premium financing activities.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims matters.
• Assist clients with reporting claims and navigating the claims process.
• Review insurance requirements within contracts and provide appropriate guidance.
• Support producers in the acquisition and retention of commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and services.
• Prepare certificates of insurance, binders, and other policy-related documentation.
• Provide outstanding service that strengthens long-term client and carrier relationships.

• Current Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 4+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Experience managing commercial insurance accounts and renewals.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms.
• Experience using agency management systems such as AMS
  360.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with multiple carrier markets.
