. The Tucker Plant Manager leads a facility that manufactures LPS™ branded products and sets the cultural tone for safety, compliance, and performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, and involves implementing an operational roadmap aligned with divisional goals under ITW 80/20 principles. The facility focuses on chemical blending, packaging (including aerosol), and shipping, and includes 35 Operations personnel, the LPS R&D team, and staff from EHS, Customer Service, HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
The Plant Manager serves as the site’s cultural leader and tempo setter for Regulatory Compliance, Environment, Health & Safety, and ITW 80/20 Toolbox Methodologies.

- Lead initiatives under EHS to pursue zero lost-time and zero medical treatment injuries; ensure regulatory compliance; chair the site EHS committee.
- Drive Quality through adherence to quality policy, process improvement, and ITW 80/20 Toolbox methodologies.
- Manage cost control: oversee inventory levels and ERP transactions; aim to reduce customer credits through operational accuracy.
- Deliver strong Customer Service by maintaining proper stocking levels and leading production, maintenance, and shipping teams to provide high-quality service.
- Provide Leadership & Talent Development by partnering with Human Resources, mentoring staff, and supporting improvement projects.
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to advance ITW 80/20 and CBI initiatives; support divisional strategy; travel as needed.
- Education & Experience:
BS in Engineering, Business, or related field; 10+ years in industrial manufacturing, with 5+ years in leadership. - Technical
Skills:
ERP systems (Navision preferred), Microsoft Office proficiency. - Knowledge: OSHA PSM elements are a plus; continuous improvement tools preferred.
