• Check production work schedules and assignment reports.
• When assigned as SCALER/DIVIDER OPERATOR:
  • Manage production schedule.
  • Scale ingredients.
  • Load, operate, and unload mixers.
  • Operate dough pump.
  • Check posted scaling weights and equipment standards.
  • Operate one‑pocket, six‑pocket dividers, and rounder.
  • Operate overhead proofer.
  • Perform start‑up/shut‑down sanitation and preventive maintenance.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies (EEO, harassment, safety, etc.).
• When assigned as WRAPPING OPERATOR:
  • Verify production schedule and product running order.
  • Verify pan count and wrap count sheets.
  • Operate slicer, bagger, and tier equipment.
  • Inspect finished product quality.
  • Ensure correct loading of product.
  • Perform sanitation and preventive maintenance.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
• When assigned as PALLETIZER (or ROLL LINE OPERATOR, BOARD MONITOR, RETARD BOX MONITOR):
  • Verify production schedule and product running order.
  • Verify proper program operation.
  • Check pallets, slip sheets, and quantity.
  • Perform sanitation and preventive maintenance.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
• All employees are responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all functions and products.

• Two years of related bakery or production experience.

• High school diploma or equivalency.
