Buscamos un Técnico de Aseguramiento de Calidad para apoyar los programas de inocuidad, control de calidad y cumplimiento regulatorio.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de HACCP, SQF, calidad y saneamiento.
- Realizar inspecciones, auditorías y control de documentación.
- Capacitar al personal en GMPs, inocuidad alimentaria y uso de PPE.
- Investigar desviaciones y apoyar acciones correctivas.
- Colaborar con Operaciones para la mejora continua.
- Certificación HACCP y experiencia en control de calidad.
- Conocimiento de USDA, SQF, SOPs y normativas de inocuidad.
- Capacidad para leer y escribir en inglés.
