Position OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and streamline our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creatively driven, and passionate about retail marketing. You'll be responsible for project managing marketing campaigns, creating and editing visual content, and supporting the broader strategy to elevate our brand presence.
You’ll work closely with leadership and store teams to ensure all marketing efforts are executed efficiently, on-brand, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management:
Plan, organize, and manage marketing projects and campaigns from start to finish across all channels (in-store, digital, events, and more). - Content Creation Support:
Assist with creating and editing marketing materials using Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally Blender. - Campaign Coordination:
Help execute marketing strategies across social media, email, website, and in-store promotions. - Team
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and vendors to keep all marketing activities running smoothly. - Marketing Strategy Support:
Provide input into marketing planning and brainstorming sessions. - Organization & Tracking:
Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and project management documents. - Process Building:
Help develop systems and workflows to streamline marketing efforts and ensure consistency across all stores.
1+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field (retail experience a plus). Must be 21 years old.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and campaign management
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Blender is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects at once
- Creative eye for visuals, branding, and retail marketing trends
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to grow with a dynamic team
- Experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising
