Kitchen Help – Catch Air

Join the Kitchen Support team at Catch Air and help keep our indoor soft‑play adventure park’s kitchen running smoothly. This role involves assisting with food prep, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards.

• Assist with food prep: chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Support the kitchen team to keep food preparation flow smooth.
• Restock supplies and organize storage areas.
• Help with dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
• Assist in proper storage of ingredients and waste disposal.
• Follow all kitchen policies and health/safety regulations.
• Help with inventory control as needed.
• Assist in any other kitchen duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work independently when needed.
• Flexibility to assist in various kitchen roles.

Pay: $12.50–$13.00 /hr

Schedule:

Part‑time, flexible shifts, weekends
