USESI has an immediate warehouse opening within our Tucker, GA Distribution Center for a Receiving Associate. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team.

The Receiving Specialist is responsible for efficiently and accurately receiving incoming shipments of products and materials. This role involves verifying and documenting shipments, ensuring that products are received in good condition, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The Receiving Specialist works closely with other warehouse personnel and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process.

• Receives and inspect materials for accuracy and damage using Vendor Packing Lists & Purchase Orders according to Standard Operating Procedure.
• Accurately & efficiently Puts Away materials according to dating priority, system assignment, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Resolves Receiving / Put away / Process exceptions per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follows all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Is flexible in work assignments, and assists with other warehouse duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receiving, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
• Reach truck & sit-down forklift operator experience (certification may be required).
• Ability to safely lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed company productivity standards.
• Team player with good communication skills.
