Yard/Warehouse Rep I – US LBM

Brand Vaughan, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, serves professional builders and contractors across multiple locations in Georgia. Join our team as a Yard/Warehouse Rep I: an entry-level position responsible for operating forklifts, stocking, shipping, and inventory management.

• Operate forklift safely using foot and hand controls.
• Participate in a positive work environment.
• Assist warehouse associates and direct supervisor in maintaining an organized work environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and keep all bays and staging areas clean and organized.
• Receive incoming products, commodities, and materials.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Count and record receipt of materials.
• Stock all material received in appropriate bins or storage locations.
• Assist inventory control in counting and organizing warehouse materials.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Use forklift to build outgoing orders or load completed orders onto delivery equipment.
• Operate facility equipment as necessary (e.g., bander, power tools, various hand tools).
• Monitor inventory as required by location management.
• Maintain awareness of work environment critical to task for error‑free results.
• Participate in and complete assigned training.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Adhere to the company’s commitment to workplace safety.

High School Diploma or GED required.

No experience required.

• Basic math, reading orders, writing instructions, and completing forms.
• Willingness to learn to read a tape measure.
• Effective and professional communication with customers, employees, and supervisors (verbal & written).
• Ability to deal constructively with conflict and recognize potential problems.
• Proficiency with or ability to learn current technologies (e.g., smartphone, inventory control systems).
