We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Consulting Accounting Clerk to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their unique skills and knowledge in a challenging and stimulating environment.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant laws and standards. With a diverse range of responsibilities including reconciling accounts, maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and managing fixed assets, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.

• Reconcile accounts promptly and accurately.
• Conduct 3‑way match to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain the general ledger (GL), making necessary entries and adjustments.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.
• Apply knowledge of manufacturing accounting to accurately record and analyze financial information.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Manage fixed assets, including tracking, recording, and depreciation.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, to analyze and present financial data.
• Conduct year‑end close procedures, ensuring all financial matters are in order.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in reconciling accounts, 3‑way match, A/R, GL, ledger entries, and preparing income statements.
• Proven experience with manufacturing accounting, monthly financials, fixed assets, VLOOKUP, year‑end close, balance sheets, and advanced Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of accounting software and systems, with a willingness to learn novel technologies.
• A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge.
