In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will work toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range varies by location:
- Bay Area – $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Southern California – $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Colorado – $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
- Hawaii – $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Illinois – $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
- Maryland – $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
- Massachusetts – $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Minnesota – $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
- New Jersey – $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- New York – $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Ohio – $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
- Vermont – $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
- Washington – $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
- Washington DC – $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
