Senior Audit Supervisor – Tucson, Arizona

We’re partnering with an established CPA and advisory firm in Tucson, AZ seeking a Senior Audit Supervisor, CPA to lead complex assurance engagements, advise clients, and mentor the next generation of accounting professionals.

This is an opportunity for an experienced audit professional to take ownership of engagements from planning through completion, work directly with clients and firm leadership, and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services across a diverse client base.

• Lead audits, reviews, compilations, and Single Audits
• Manage engagements from planning through report issuance
• Assess risk, internal controls, and accounting matters
• Review financial statements and audit work papers
• Serve as a key client contact
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff
• Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and deadlines

• Active CPA license
• 8+ years of progressive audit experience
• Strong public accounting experience
• Proven experience leading audit engagements
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit standards
• Experience with Single Audits preferred
• Excellent client communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements independently
