Certified Public Accountant

We're seeking a detail-oriented Controller who can provide financial leadership across multiple client engagements while balancing strategic insight with hands‑on accounting responsibilities.

• Serve as the Controller and trusted financial advisor for multiple clients
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership teams
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Coordinate audit preparation and support annual audits
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
• Mentor accounting staff and maintain strong client relationships

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
• Public accounting, consulting, or outsourced accounting experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
