Responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for creating weekly fitness schedules to include call‑outs, trainings and special events and importing schedules into Book4

Time software. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

As Scheduling Administrator you will also provide operational support including marketing requests, scheduling departmental meetings, greeting guests, answering phones, making copies, scanning, and submitting requests for IT and Facilities. Attend all department meetings, transcribe and distribute staff meeting notes. Maintain current guest utilization reports.

Responsible for administrative tasks to include inventory and recertification.

Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
