Whatyou will do
- Perform complex administrative tasks and handle confidential information.
- Preparing expense statements, purchase orders and invoices.
- Schedule meetings, answer phones & emails, and ensure customers, vendors, and employees are handled in a professional manner.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role (preferably from a utility, construction, or similar industry).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
This position is 100% on‑site, with the option to work five 8‑hour (5/8s) shifts, OR four 10‑hour (4/10s) shifts with every Friday off. Start time begins no later than 7:00 AM daily.

Perform administrative duties, record keeping and administrative detail, and follow‑up functions to assist the area Manager and other members of the department. In addition to data entry, filing, scheduling, performs duties such as personnel record keeping, developing complex spreadsheet tracking reports, coordination of meetings, conferences, and seminars, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
