Pay Rate: $16.72

An Intense Internal background check will be done for this position, the internal background check can take up to a month for it to come back.

• Operate switchboard and communication systems: answer, direct, and transfer incoming calls
• Manage visitor check-ins, perform administrative tasks, maintain records, handle emergency calls, monitor alarms
• Manage paging systems, sort mail, provide basic customer service
• Locate specialized doctors for claimants, schedule consultative exams, print and mail/fax CE paperwork
• Respond to inquiries regarding claim status or transportation assistance, contact claimants about appointments and pending paperwork
• Work with doctors, hospitals, attorneys, and other sources to facilitate follow-up reports and status information
• Assist claim adjudicators by contacting claimants, attorney representatives, medical sources as directed
• Track and complete daily assignments
• Conduct case development activities requiring analysis and judgment

• Strong customer service (internal/external)
• Front desk and scheduling experience
• Computer skills

• Bilingual skills
