Roadside Technician - Commercial Tires (Tucson, AZ)
Pay: $19.00 - $19.75/hr (base pay may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location). Selected candidates are eligible for medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.
Responsibilities- Act as an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets, dispatching to customer locations to repair or change tires.
- Respond to on‑call service requests, including after‑hours, with a high rate of acceptance.
- Recover and install new tires, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
- Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial run‑out checks as necessary.
- Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and complete general duties such as mounting orders and shop upkeep when service calls are low.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, using proper PPE and tire cages.
Participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation is required. After‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium rate with guaranteed minimums.

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous commercial service tire experience
