The Master Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty by ensuring confidence in Auto Nation’s commitment to vehicle safety and reliability.

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work efficiently and accurately based on repair orders, meeting dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and make safety recommendations.
• Document work on each vehicle repair order.
• Maintain inventory of technician tools that are not inventoried by the Service department.
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend factory‑sponsored training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

• Achieve targeted production goals.
• Meet targeted sales objectives.
• Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience as a manufacturer‑certified automotive technician.
• Relevant automotive technical training.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

• Master‑Certified Technician.
