- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and document all necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor, parts, and materials required for repair work
- Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies to explain repair estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, estimates, and communication with customers
- Previous experience as a Collision Center Estimator or similar role
- Proficiency in estimating software and strong knowledge of collision repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Collision Repair is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
