. We’re looking for talented, driven Mainline Technicians to join our high‑performing Service Department

As a Main Line Technician at Tucson Subaru, you will work with a wide variety of Subaru vehicles, perform essential maintenance and repair tasks, and provide top‑notch service to our customers.

• Immediate Earnings:
  Guaranteed 8‑hour daily base pay for the first 30 days, plus compensation for all flagged hours beyond that.

• Accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles from bumper to bumper.
• Performing thorough inspections and recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Adhering to manufacturer guidelines to ensure high‑quality repairs.
• Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional service.

• 3+ years of hands‑on automotive repair experience.
• Personal tools required.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record (ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory).
• A team‑oriented attitude and a commitment to quality work.

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
