Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Strike Business Office is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to help manage proprietary contracts valued at over $2B.  These contracts require Contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) and will be implemented using the SAP APEX EVMS/PMX tool suite. Annual sales are forecasted to be more than $500M with anticipated total value of $2B over five years.  

Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.
* You must be able to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ   
** RELOCATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS POSITION
*** What You Will Do
*** The individual chosen for this position will help maintain contractual EVMS requirements for material; develop, present and defend quarterly material Estimates at Complete (EAC); and support related material financial forecasting.
* They will analyze material EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management.  The contracts have $100M annually in material and manufacturing development, which offers the experience of integrating and managing several large suppliers as well as influence the pre-production management of units in the Factory.
* The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program and Finance leadership.
** Qualifications You Must Have
*** Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
* Experience with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.)
* Experience with MS Office (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
** Qualifications We Prefer
*** Experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance and surveillance
* Experience with SAP including PRISM MRP
* Strong presentation, communication, professional skills and the ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight
* Proven analytical skills
* Experience with Raytheon Program Management (PM) Tool Suite
* Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
* Direct communication with Government customers
