Supply Chain Manager
An established aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to provide site-level procurement leadership and drive operational excellence across sourcing, inventory, supplier performance, and cost management. This role is a key member of the site leadership team and oversees a team of procurement professionals supporting complex manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead site-wide procurement and materials strategy, aligning sourcing, inventory, and supplier performance with operational, cost, and delivery objectives
- Drive inventory optimization, SIOP execution, and material flow to support production schedules and business targets
- Own supplier strategy including sourcing, contract negotiations, risk management, performance scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team while ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related analytical field; advanced or technical focus strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain leadership experience within aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, lean principles, and inventory programs (kanban, consignment, MPS / SIOP)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage change

Salary: $130-150K base + 12.5% target bonus. Benefits:
