What You'll D oPartner with executives, leaders, and project teams to design and deliver change leadership strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and lasting business results.

Lead change efforts for key enterprise initiatives, ensuring people, culture, communications, and business objectives are aligned for success.

Coach leaders at all levels on effective change leadership practices, helping them foster resilience, adaptability, and a positive employee experience during times of change.

Identify organizational, cultural, and stakeholder challenges that may impact success and develop practical solutions to overcome them.

Build and maintain enterprise change capabilities by promoting best practices, tools, and processes that improve organizational readiness and change agility.

Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations that help teams achieve desired outcomes and sustain improvements.

What You'll Bring Experience leading complex organizational change initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.

Strong understanding of change leadership, organizational development, project delivery, and employee engagement practices.

Proven ability to build trust, align diverse perspectives, and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives in complex environments.

Excellent communication, facilitation, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both frontline employees and senior executives.

A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, assess impacts, and help organizations adapt successfully.

Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in change leadership, organizational development, consulting, project management, or a related field; advanced degrees or change leadership certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, CMI, or similar are valued.

This role may be filled at either the Change Process Leader or Senior Change Process Leader level based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.

Position Description Change Leadership is a key enabler of UNS business strategy. The Change Process Leader is responsible for providing internal consulting services to change projects and initiatives, including evaluating, recommending, designing and executing change plans. The Change Process Leader partners with key stakeholders and executive leaders, initiative project managers, and content leaders to provide change methods, processes, and tools to achieve specific change goals.

The Change Process Leader also champions the enterprise change practice by guiding, educating, and coaching employees at all levels on UNS’ adopted change leadership strategies and techniques to deliver comprehensive and sustained change to the organization.
