Our client focuses on Private Works projects, including Grading, Underground Utilities, and Paving, consistently earning recognition as one of the region’s top contractors.

We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to be a critical part of our team, estimating and overseeing heavy civil projects throughout the Greater Tucson area. While your main focus will be estimating large-scale projects, you’ll also have the opportunity to manage select projects from bid award through completion, providing a full cradle-to-grave project experience.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Estimate and manage heavy civil private works construction projects across Greater Tucson.
• Take ownership of projects from bid to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team in a company that promotes progressive leadership and a culture of excellence.

• 5+ years of Heavy Civil Construction experience, with strong expertise in excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, or paving.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid2
  
  Win, Hard Dollar, AUTOCAD, Agtek, and/or Bluebeam.
• Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A 4-year degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience with negotiated projects and technical writing skills is a plus.
