Experienced Asphalt Crew Member

Overview

KE&G Construction Inc. is a leading heavy-civil contractor in southern Arizona. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a full-time, Experienced Asphalt Crew Member at our Tucson and Sierra Vista locations. • Operate asphalt equipment and perform related labor tasks as part of the crew (Paver Operator, Asphalt Raker, Breakdown Roller Operator, Finish Roller Operator, and Dumpman).
• Grade and prepare areas for pavement; perform general labor as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; comply with safety guidelines on construction sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and participate in a cooperative, employee-owner team environment.
• Pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screenings as required.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

• Positive attitude and desire to excel while working with fellow employee-owners.
• Experienced asphalt equipment operators and laborers for the listed positions:
  Paver Operator, Asphalt Raker, Breakdown Roller Operator, Finish Roller Operator, and Dumpman.
• Experience in grading and preparing areas for pavement.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work in a team environment.
