• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short videos for fundraising, social media, and events
• Brainstorm fresh ways to showcase our programs, impact, and community stories
• Work closely with our founder and team to align visuals with brand tone
• Stay on top of trends in nonprofit video storytelling

• Experience recording, editing, and producing professional or semi-professional video content
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small team
• Strong communication skills and confidence to pitch new ideas
