Alpha Graphics Commercial Printing Services has an opening for a Large Format/Signs Specialist to join our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate, enthusiastic and energetic, and who will exceed customer expectations through creating quality signage. The ideal candidate has a customer‑first mindset and aims to deliver high‑quality service in every customer interaction.

The primary purpose of the Large Format/Signs Specialist is to operate all large format equipment, conduct onsite meetings with customers and install signs, banners, graphics, etc. This position produces quality signs, text, or graphics on a variety of substrates, including vehicle graphics, wraps and fleet vehicles. This position also provides consultation to customers regarding recommended materials, color management, budgeting guidelines, etc.

• Minimum 2 years of signs and graphics installation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of large format knowledge and experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of graphic design background, printing experience, vehicle lettering/wraps or related industry.
• Proficient with large format and signage software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator.
• Proficient with signage tools and equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, scissor‑lifts, etc.
• Must have valid AZ Driver’s License to travel to various sites, as needed.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift at least 40 pounds.
