Overview
Join to apply for the Tech Support Representative role at Afni, Inc.. This onsite position at our Escalante and Pantano location provides cable, router, and internet technical assistance, handling mainly inbound calls from customers seeking help with those issues.
Career paths start at $18.50 per hour (includes $0.50 onsite differential) with a 40 hour work week.
Note:
due to the extensive knowledge required to troubleshoot these issues, the training timeframe for these positions is longer and more intensive than our other available positions. You will work in a stable, encouraging environment that supports learning, growth, and advancement.
You will:
- Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers.
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, update accounts and records, multitask effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.

- Six months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have GED or High School Diploma
